Key Responsibilities

• Implement global and local engineering strategies, best practices, and standards to optimise operations.
• Act as a key liaison between global engineering teams and local operations for effective collaboration.
• Provide technical expertise and input for bids, proposals, and new business development initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and monitor KPIs, SOPs, and workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Lead the introduction of new products (NPD) and processes, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.
• Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing engineering team to build technical capabilities.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and ensure full compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Participate in global engineering forums and drive the adoption of international standards at the local level.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in design, engineering processes, and new product development.
• Resolve technical challenges, deviations, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) efficiently to minimise disruptions.
