About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead new business development for our IT Services and Staffing division. This role is focused on
hunting and acquiring new clients
across India and the US while building strong candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT sales and staffing, a strong track record of closing new business, and established industry contacts that can accelerate logo acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
new client acquisition
across mid-cap and enterprise accounts in both India and US markets.
Develop and execute strategies to add
new logos
and expand candidate placements.
Prospect, identify, and qualify sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build strong relationships with client decision-makers including CXOs, VPs, and Procurement heads.
Collaborate with delivery teams to align client requirements with candidate availability and ensure successful placements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
Stay updated on IT staffing and services market trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings (both in-person and virtual).
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of exclusive sales experience
in IT services and staffing (mandatory).
Proven track record in
hunting roles
(not just account farming).
Strong
network and industry contacts ; ability to open doors with new clients is a significant advantage.
Experience working with
global clients (US & India focus) .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
