Role Overview :

We are inviting applications from seasoned and certified Design Thinking facilitators for freelance or project-based engagements. The role demands expertise in Empathy-Driven Design Thinking, with the ability to inspire innovation, reframe problems, and guide participants through user-centered design processes that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver high-impact, experiential workshops on Empathy-Driven Design Thinking.
  • Apply tools such as empathy mapping, journey mapping, ideation frameworks, and rapid prototyping to real-world business challenges.
  • Adapt content and facilitation style to suit diverse corporate audiences—from emerging leaders to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the Protocol learning design team to ensure contextual relevance and outcome alignment.
  • Provide post-program insights and learning impact reports when required.

Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Design Thinking facilitator or consultant.
  • Certified in Design Thinking / Human-Centered Innovation (Stanford d.school, IDEO U, Hasso Plattner Institute, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of empathy-led design principles, creative problem-solving, and innovation frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation presence, storytelling ability, and executive communication skills.
  • Based in Bangalore and available for short-term or project-based engagements.
