Key Responsibilities :
- Approves the decision to sponsor foreign workers; ensures company readiness and policy compliance.
- Legally signs immigration forms and certifies the accuracy of information provided.
- Ensures compliance with immigration laws, labor regulations, and internal policies.
- Verifies employment eligibility documents; ensures timely filing.
- Maintains files and documentation required by law (e.g. LCA documentation, job postings).
- Coordinates response to government audits or site visits.
- Ensures any material change in job duties, salary, or work location is reported.
- Oversees staff training and internal immigration compliance policy development.
