PID is actively hiring HODs for Fashion & Textiles, Product Design, Animation, Foundation and Film specializations.

Parul Institute of Design is known for its modern approach to innovation and global exposure in all spheres. The goals are quite simple, raising a culture of design professionals primarily committed to bringing a change in the world.

HOD shall be responsible for providing strategic direction, academic leadership, and operational oversight for the Fashion Design department.

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant Experience in Design disciplines of Fashion & Textiles, Product Design, Animation, Foundation and Film with minimum teaching experience of 8 years. Experience with online and blended learning modalities.

Qualifications :

1. A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Design or a closely related field.

2. Significant experience in teaching at the university level, with a demonstrated commitment to pedagogical innovation and student success.

3. A strong understanding of current trends and challenges in design education and practice.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, conflict management and collaborative skills with analytical mindset.
