Job descriptionPlatform systems speed up product development, not slow it down. CRM and workflows are reliable, performant, and deeply adopted. Clear ownership and predictable roadmaps drive faster execution. Automation and data models scale to new use cases seamlessly. 12–15+ years in product management, including 5+ years managing PM leaders. Experience scaling platform / CRM / automation products in fast-growth B2B SaaS (ideally $500M–$1B ARR). Strong technical fluency and credibility with engineering leaders. Proven ability to build internal platforms, developer tools, or workflow engines. Excellent communication skills, especially in remote-first environments.

The Role
We are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management to lead our platform and core product org. You’ll oversee ~30 PMs through 3 PM Leaders and own the systems that power CRM, automation, workflows, and infrastructure. This is a high-impact leadership role that shapes both our platform extensibility and user experience for millions globally.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for core platform products.
- Lead and mentor Group PMs and PMs, building a high-performance product org.
- Partner with engineering to deliver scalable APIs, systems, and infrastructure.
- Improve CRM primitives (contacts, companies, tasks, conversations).
- Scale automation and workflow AI for complex use cases.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality user experience across surfaces.
- Champion product planning, execution, and accountability at scale.
