🔎 Role Summary (What You Will Own)

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to run day-to-day labs & production operations, ensure on-time order fulfilment, drive multi-location operational discipline, and build scalable processes across our network.

You will lead coordination between production, supply chain, dispatch, quality, finance, and customer teams while improving efficiency, enhancing quality, and supporting business growth.

1. Operations Oversight

• Oversee daily operations across labs and service locations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Drive operational discipline through structured reviews, dashboards, and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure timely coordination between production, materials, and dispatch for order fulfilment.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety norms.
• Plan and execute strategies for production expansion, process optimization, and cost efficiency.
