About the Role

We’re seeking a Packaging Sourcing & Development Manager with deep expertise in cosmetic and skincare packaging — from concept to commercialization. This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and sourcing, ensuring every jar, bottle, pump, and carton reflects premium beauty aesthetics, technical precision, and brand luxury. If you’ve worked on beauty, personal care, or luxury skincare brands, managed vendors across India and Asia, and can turn creative packaging concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging Development & Innovation

• Lead end-to-end packaging development for skincare, haircare, and beauty categories — primary, secondary, and tertiary.
• Translate design briefs into technical packaging drawings (KLDs), ensuring brand aesthetic aligns with functionality and manufacturability.
• Develop and validate luxury finishes like frosted glass, metallization, soft-touch lamination, embossing, and airless systems.
• Collaborate with NPD and Marketing to introduce packaging that enhances brand storytelling and consumer experience.
