Job description

🚀 Job Opportunity : Salesforce Developer – Data Cloud Specialist

📍 Locations : Bangalore | Chennai | Pune | Kochi | Hyderabad | Trivandrum | Noida

🕒 Experience : 5–6 years (3–4 years in Salesforce.com Development + 1–2 years in Salesforce Data Cloud)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Build and manage Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs) .
  • Configure Calculated Insights, Segmentation, Activation, and Identity Resolution (IR) rules .
  • Write and optimize queries using Data Cloud Query Language (DQL) .
  • Work on data mapping, ingestion, and integration from multiple external sources (APIs – REST, SOAP, GraphQL; ETL tools).
  • Create and maintain data models, schemas, pipelines, and data quality checks .
  • Integrate external AI / ML models using Einstein Studio, retrievers, and RAG .
  • Implement data governance, performance monitoring, and scalable architecture .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with onsite (USA) Salesforce teams .
  • Interact with both IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-performance Data Cloud solutions.

✅ Must Have Skills

  • Strong Salesforce Data Cloud expertise (at least two end-to-end projects).
  • Hands-on with Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, DQL, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, IR .
  • Deep knowledge of customer profile unification and data models .
  • Strong SQL and data pipeline management .
  • Knowledge of data governance and warehousing .

  • Experience across Sales, Service, Community Cloud .
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Field Service Lightning (FSL) .
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and governance best practices .

    • 🎓 Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
