Job Description : Manager - Data Analytics & Network

Role Summary

The Manager – Data Analytics & Network will lead analytics-driven initiatives to enhance business performance, network efficiency, and operational excellence across supply chain operations. This role combines expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), data architecture, and network optimization, providing strategic insights to support cost optimization, service improvement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end BI and network analytics solutions.
• Analyze warehouse and transportation network performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Architect and manage data models, data marts, and analytics frameworks supporting enterprise reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and transform them into actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView for operational and strategic reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data accuracy, standardization, and governance.
• Partner with IT and business functions to integrate BI platforms with ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS systems.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on cost efficiency, inventory management, and service levels.
• Mentor and guide a team of analysts and BI developers, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Stay abreast of emerging BI technologies and network optimization tools to enhance analytical capability.
