About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead our AI-powered CMS and DAM platforms — the backbone of Milestone’s digital experience ecosystem.

This role requires a visionary leader who can blend product strategy with AI innovation, drive technical excellence, and ensure the integration of machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation into the product roadmap.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver next-gen SaaS solutions that help global enterprises optimize their digital presence intelligently.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Vision & Enterprise Leadership

Define and drive an AI-led CMS roadmap, ensuring alignment with Milestone’s digital experience vision.

Build strategies for AI integration across core platform functions—automation, recommendations, personalization, and analytics.

Translate customer needs and data insights into actionable product decisions.

Operational Excellence & Scalable Growth :

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring speed, scalability, and reliability.

Partner with engineering and AI teams to deliver intelligent product features leveraging NLP, LLMs, and predictive models.

Prioritize backlogs and define success through data-driven metrics.

Innovation & High-Performance Culture :

Foster a culture of AI experimentation and innovation to continuously enhance user experience.

Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, including content tagging, metadata optimization, and smart search.

Collaborate on pilot programs integrating AI and machine learning into customer-facing features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment :

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams to deliver highimpact product features.

Partner with AI research and development teams to evaluate new technologies and models for integration.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across business functions.

Gather customer feedback to enhance AI-assisted tools and improve usability.

Demonstrate business value through measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and engagement.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

10+ years in product management with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.

Proven experience integrating AI, ML, or automation technologies into digital or SaaS products.

Deep understanding of content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), and AI-enabled UX.

Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering / Computer Science;

MBA preferred.
