Job Requirements :
- Freshers or those with 1-2 years of experience, especially in call center operations, are welcome.
- Strong proficiency in using smartphones and computers and familiarity with internet / mobile applications, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- English proficiency equivalent to Versant Levels 3 and 4, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy. Written communication should align with CEFR Level B1 standards.
- Access to a laptop / desktop with a minimum internet speed of 5 MBPS, suitable for running CRM and contact center applications via Citrix Workspace needed in this customer service role.
