We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js) to join our team. This role requires a strong background in frontend architecture, performance engineering, and scalable application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performing, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces while driving frontend best practices, tools, and standards within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Architect and design frontend solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Define and implement industry best practices and coding standards for the frontend team.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools and introduce them to improve development efficiency.
• Optimize systems for maximum speed and scalability across multiple devices and browsers.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and recommend tools and systems to enhance quality and delivery velocity.
• Translate complex UI / UX designs and wireframes into functional, high-quality code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX implementations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performance frontend culture.
