Profile- Supply Chain Head

Experience- 10 years +

Reporting to : Founders / CEO

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute a scalable, cost-effective supply chain strategy aligned with overall business objectives✅ Oversee demand planning, procurement planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics operations✅ Lead procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery✅ Optimize forecasting and inventory control to minimize stockouts and excess inventory

✅ Manage end-to-end logistics including warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery

✅ Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to support product launches and seasonal demand spikes

✅ Implement and leverage technology-driven solutions (ERP, SCM tools, automation) to improve visibility and operational efficiency

✅ Track, analyze, and report key KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), lead times, fulfillment rates, NDR, RTO, and supply cost savings✅ Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering accountability, agility, and innovation

✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards across the supply chain ecosystem

Requirements

• ️ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred )
• ️ Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or retail sectors
• ️ Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams and third-party partners
• ️ Strong expertise in demand planning, procurement planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics
• ️ Skilled in vendor management and contract negotiations
• ️ Proficient with ERP and supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
• ️ Excellent analytical, negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
• ️ Experience reporting directly to founders or executive leadership preferred
