Location : Whitefield, Bangalore (In-office)

Stipend : ₹10,000 per month

Duration : 6 months (Internship)

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (IST)

About the role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes, candidate engagement, and communication skills development. ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews)
• cold calling and initial telephonic screening of candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling
• Support HR team in onboarding new hires and maintaining documentation
• Assist with other HR operations and engagement activities as needed
