Key Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong grounding in both digital and offline marketing strategies
- Experience in campaign management, event branding, and vendor coordination
- Exposure to marketing in real estate, retail, or similar industries is a plus
