Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle user queries in real-time. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Job Description -
We are looking for an Online Reputation Executive who can safeguard and enhance InstaAstro’s brand image across digital platforms. The role involves monitoring reviews, handling feedback with professionalism, building trust with users, and ensuring a positive online presence that reflects the values of our brand.
Key Responsibilities -
- Monitor and track online mentions, reviews, and ratings across platforms (Google, Play Store, social media, etc.).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback, reviews, and queries to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with customer service and PR teams to resolve issues raised online.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve online ratings and reputation.
- Analyze feedback trends and prepare reports on online sentiment.
- Suggest improvements based on insights to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with digital trends, online review platforms, and reputation management tools.
