Xylem Learning is hiring a Chemistry Faculty for its Tuition Program at Perinthalmanna, catering to students of Classes 11 & 12. The role involves delivering high-quality Chemistry lessons, focusing on conceptual clarity, problem-solving skills, and academic excellence through engaging offline sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Chemistry for Classes 11 & 12 as per the respective school / board syllabus.
Conduct interactive offline classes that enhance conceptual understanding and application.
Provide doubt-clearing sessions and personalized support for students.
Prepare quality assignments, tests, and practice materials.
Monitor student performance and share constructive feedback with students and parents.
Maintain a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements :

MSc (Chemistry) / BTech / MTech (with strong Chemistry background)

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of teaching / tutoring experience.

Freshers with strong subject expertise and communication skills may also be considered.
