Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, located in Mumbai. The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, the role entails developing and maintaining employer branding initiatives and overseeing the recruitment process to ensure it aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Skilled in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the logistics industry minimum 5 years
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
