We are in the business of manufacturing Hydraulic Solutions for our clients. B2B. We manufacture Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Powerpacks, Scrap Bailing Presses, Custom Hydraulic Solutions, Hydraulic Rotary joints and custom SPMs as per client requirements.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation and bringing in new business for the company in the field of hydraulics. Mainly sell hydraulic cylinders and powerpacks to OEMs.
Additionally, you will identify customer needs, provide accurate and timely solutions, and build long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and other regional languages.
Strong mechanical engineering skills in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Experience in Sales to identify opportunities and deliver effective presentations to potential customers.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage customer expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies is highly desirable.
Minimum experience of 3 years in sales to OEM customers is required.
