Job description
  • Designing of SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) for various applications in the manufacturing process
  • Design fixtures & gauges for MIG welding robotic cells, ensuring precision and functionality
  • Work in mechanical machining and assembly line design, ensuring efficient and effective production processes
  • Well-versed with pneumatics, hydraulics, and servo systems used in automated manufacturing setups
  • Knowledge and application of traceability systems for tracking parts and processes throughout production
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks for designing and simulating parts, fixtures, and systems

    • Required Candidate Profile :

    • Strong experience in designing SPMs, fixtures, and gauges for welding and robotic applications
    • Hands-on experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and servo systems
    • Ability to design and implement traceability systems in manufacturing setups
    • Expertise in SolidWorks for creating 3D models and designs
