Role : Lead Java + React.js Developer

Experience : 10- 15 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based microservices and React.js front-end applications.
• Architect and implement solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA / Hibernate, and Spring MVC frameworks.
• Manage inter-service communication and configuration in a microservice architecture using tools like Spring Cloud Config.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.
• Implement and optimize SQL and NoSQL database queries for application performance.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness, auditability, and traceability.
• Utilize project management and release tools such as JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, or Rally.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices.
