CA's Associate Manager - Fund Accounting

Responsibilities :

• Review daily and monthly PNL and NAV reports
• Prepare and review investor allocations
• Review MIS reconciliation and resolve complex breaks
• Improve month-end timelines through continuous process improvement initiatives
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy
• Develop control checks and drive straight-through processing in fund accounting
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless operations
