Job description

Role Type : Freelance (Project-Based)

Location : Remote

What you will do

  • Perform Structural, Thermal, CFD, and Fatigue Analysis in ANSYS.
  • Optimize designs made from steel, aluminum, and plastic materials .
  • Run full simulation workflows : model cleanup, meshing, setup, solving, and reporting.
  • Provide engineering insights to improve performance, safety, and manufacturability.
  • Prepare detailed simulation reports with clear results and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our design team across robotics, consumer products, and industrial systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in ANSYS Workbench (Structural, Thermal, CFD, Fatigue).
  • Solid foundation in mechanics of materials, heat transfer & fluid dynamics.
  • Ability to independently handle end-to-end FEA / CFD projects.
  • 2–5+ years of experience OR a strong simulation portfolio.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks is a plus).

    • Nice to have

  • Experience with nonlinear, dynamic, or vibration analysis.
  • Knowledge of DFM for sheet metal, plastic molding, machining, or casting.
  • Background in robotics or industrial product design.
