Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Python Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation test frameworks using Python, ensuring high-quality delivery of our software products.

This role will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to validate features and drive continuous improvements in testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python.
• Create, execute, and optimize test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Monitor test results, analyze failures, and implement corrective measures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting new testing tools / approaches.
