We are hiring for a leading global technology and product company that builds advanced software solutions for the luxury retail ecosystem, with clients across the US and Canada.

As a Program Manager, you will work at the intersection of operations, business strategy, product, engineering, and growth . The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to run initiatives end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and work closely with senior leadership.

You will conceptualize, plan, execute, and improve key initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Initiatives

Understand business objectives and identify improvement opportunities

Propose solutions, drive stakeholder buy-in, and lead implementation

Track performance and continuously optimize processes

2. Ongoing Initiatives

Lead execution of existing initiatives

Ensure alignment with defined strategy and processes

Monitor progress and drive consistency and discipline throughout execution

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the bridge between multiple internal teams

Work with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure initiative success

Enable seamless communication and alignment across stakeholders

4. Entrepreneurial Leadership

Take ownership of initiatives from concept to execution

Think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems

Build and document operational playbooks and standard operating procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in any discipline

MBA from a Tier-1 institution is mandatory

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Experience / Skills Required

1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, program management, or similar role

Experience collaborating with founders, CXOs, or senior leaders

Strong understanding of project management and business operations

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem solving

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
