Job descriptionManage the credit life insurance business through bank branches assigned in the territory Drive sales targets by working closely with bank branch staff and management Train and motivate bank staff to cross-sell credit life insurance products effectively Conduct regular joint calls with bank staff to pitch insurance solutions to customers Build strong and productive relationships with bank stakeholders at all levels Monitor sales performance and ensure timely reporting and analysis Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction Identify business opportunities and work on expanding penetration across the assigned bank branches Conduct refresher training sessions and product briefings regularly
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate (any discipline); MBA / PG preferred
- 4+ years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in bancassurance
- Experience in managing relationships with banking partners is desirable
