The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing strong expertise in visual design, branding, and communication, while also leading creative projects from concept to execution.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the creative team, to conceptualize and execute visually stunning advertising materials that align with client objectives and brand aestheticsLead the design process from ideation to execution, create captivating designs for various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and moreDevelop engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets for social media, campaigns, and presentationsMentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environmentStay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh, innovative, and relevantTranslate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the intended messagePresent design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessaryManage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldA robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of advertising and marketing design projectsMinimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency, creative studio, or a fast-paced marketing environment.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Willing to learn new tools such as Affinity and other related softwareStrong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchyExceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectivelyExperience collaborating within cross-functional teams and managing junior designersSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with changing prioritiesCandidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.Please note : A work portfolio is required for consideration of your application.
