Infrastructure Architect

Systems Engineering Qualities : System administration (troubleshooting). Server rebuilds, experience with Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019 Working knowledge of Azure, AWS.

• Infrastructure Design : Develop and maintain a comprehensive infrastructure architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and technology needs
• Technology Evaluation : Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine their suitability for the organization's infrastructure requirements
• System Integration : Ensure that all components of the infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, security, etc) work together seamlessly to support business processes
• Capacity Planning : Analyze current infrastructure usage and plan for future growth, ensuring that the organization's infrastructure can scale to meet increasing demands
• Security and Compliance : Implement security measures and ensure that the infrastructure complies with industry regulations and data protection standards
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity : Develop and maintain strategies and solutions to recover from system failures or disasters while minimizing downtime
• Cost Management : Optimize infrastructure costs by identifying opportunities for efficiency and resource allocation improvements
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers to select, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to support the organization's infrastructure
