Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes :

Interpret the application / feature / component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

Code debug test document and communicate product / component / feature development stages.

Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution

Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions

Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

Influence and improve customer satisfaction

Set FAST goals for self / team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

    • The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications.

    This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across front-end and back-end components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful and / or GraphQL APIs to enable seamless interaction between front-end applications and back-end services.
  • Write clean, modular, and scalable code, while adhering to best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployments.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring robustness across various devices and browsers.
  • Perform code reviews, debug issues, and support production environments to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in full stack development, tools, and frameworks, and drive improvements in development practices.

    • Qualifications :

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and modern libraries / frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Strong back-end development experience with technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Experience with relational and / or NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture and experience with RESTful and / or GraphQL API development.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.
