As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, helping them navigate their educational journey. You will play a pivotal role in understanding their needs, explaining our programs, and ensuring they make the best choices for their academic and career success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Student Consultation : Conduct detailed, one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
- Course Guidance : Expertly explain the features, benefits, and outcomes of our various courses and programs.
- Admission Support : Guide applicants through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students and parents, providing continuous support and follow-up.
- Achieve Targets : Work towards and achieve individual and team enrollment targets.
- Feedback Collection : Gather and relay feedback from students and parents to the management team to help improve our services.
