Job Profile : Technical Sales & Service Engineer
- Understand the industrial market, create product acceptability by conducting product trials on OEM machines or panel, get orders thru channel distributors
- Participate actively in exhibitions conducted in Bengaluru as directed by company sales team.
- Get products approved in private consultant space & government companies
- Dealer channel management and trader sales management in the assigned region of India.
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospective industry OEMs, end users & system integrator, traders, consultants, etc. and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with customers by providing technical support of the product, operating guidelines during trials. Suggest to the company design team any product upgrades / improvements / changes as noticed and observed in the industry or as per customer feedback.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, Daily report is a must for concluding sales visits of a day.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing Sales Target & solving customer issues / queries, suggesting new products in the industry aggressively.
