Job Description : Customer Support Escalation Executive

Company : Rupeek

Experience Required : 6 months – 3 years

Joining : Immediate joiners (within 1 week preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Escalation Executive to manage customer escalations and deliver timely resolutions. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling customer issues, performing RCA, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Candidates with fintech experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely, accurate resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Improve and maintain a high level of customer experience .
  • Document customer interactions and maintain clear records.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to strengthen support operations.
  • Communicate effectively and handle pressure during escalations.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer support or escalation handling (6 months – 3 years).
  • Fintech experience is a plus.

  • English + Hindi + Telugu , OR
  • English + Hindi + Tamil
  • Salary

    ₹25,000 CTC

    Dates : 24th November 2025 to 26th November 2025
