Senior Product Manager

WHO YOU ARE :

The Senior Product Manager leads the Product Life Cycle and strongly contributes to the research & development activities related to the design and development of our products and qualification or requalification of new and existing products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Lead & contribute into the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products / platforms, work with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfilment of product requirements,
• evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.
• Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams & thoroughly manage technical / business requirements.
• Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
• Mentor / Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
• Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product / business road map.
• Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
• May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests.
• Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
