Senior Production Support Specialist

In this role, you will :

Lead deep-dive production issue investigations

Own technical architecture, baseline, and configuration

️ Serve as the escalation point for complex system failures

Drive operational excellence, performance, and availability

Collaborate across Dev, QA, Operations, Customers & Vendors

⚙️ Strengthen our incident, problem, and change management processes

Experience we’re looking for :

✨ 8 to 10 years in Systems Engineering / Production Support

✨ Strong debugging & RCA expertise

✨ Experience in high-availability, performance tuning, monitoring

✨ Familiarity with CI / CD, configuration management, ITIL

✨ Bonus if you’ve worked in transportation, defense, or other regulated industries
