Job Description : Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration expertise and 10–15 years of overall professional experience . The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define functional specifications, and drive enhancements within the Salesforce CPQ platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requirements.
• Lead ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ processes.
• Perform detailed impact analyses to ensure solutions align with best practices and business goals.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training, guidance, and documentation to support successful adoption of solutions.
