Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in the Founder's office as a Client & Investor Relations Executive located in Hyderabad.
We're seeking a proactive and analytically-minded professional who will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, identifying new business opportunities, translating market insights into actionable strategies, and ensuring seamless internal coordination across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Connect / Outreach
Targeted corporate outreach in core markets and segments, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-potential leads. Drive proactive engagement with C-suite executives, building credible relationships that support the firm's expansion objectives and brand positioning.
2. Client & Investor Relationship management
Help build and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and prospects. Assist with C-suite and senior leadership networking across organizations, nurturing connections. Develop impactful collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored for various outreach activities and client segments.
Continuously monitor the investor landscape, including key players among private equity and venture capital firms. Develop and implement consistent outreach initiatives, compiling investor profiles and engagement histories to support targeted information sharing and relationship development.
3. Networking and Sector-Focused Thought leadership
4. Operations & Process Optimization
Maintain and update integrated databases for clients, investors, and prospects to support efficient pipeline tracking. Advocate and assist in the adoption of technology solutions that streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and empower data-driven decision making across functions.
Conduct deep-dive research on emerging industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new market developments. Distill findings into clear, actionable recommendations and strategic insights to support senior leadership’s decision making and to refine business development strategies.
Monitor and analyze core business development metrics, providing meaningful insights on lead conversion, pipeline health, and sector trends. Produce comprehensive reports for senior leadership, supporting strategic reviews and the continuous refinement of business growth strategies
Required Qualifications
Masters' degree in Business, Finance, Consulting, or a related field.
Two to four years of professional experience in financial services / consulting / business development.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, delivering quality outputs within tight timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior leaders.
Proficiency in lead generation and market research methodologies.
Expertise in creating high-impact presentations and proposals.
Strong command of data analysis and relevant business tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
