Job description

We're building the future Finance and HR automation through AI, and we're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team at Subraps.

If you're excited about working at the intersection of FinTech, AI and HRTech in a fast-paced startup environment where your code directly impacts product evolution and customer success, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Product Development

  • Design and develop modular, high-performance web applications integrating AI features into finance and HR workflows
  • Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces that make complex financial and HR data accessible.
  • Work with cutting-edge AI technologies to create intelligent, automated workflows

Architecture & Infrastructure

  • Develop optimized database schemas for employee and financial data with focus on privacy and scalability
  • Build RESTful / GraphQL APIs for seamless internal and external integrations
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability

    • Innovation & Growth

  • Take end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment
  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to accelerate development
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and product roadmap in a startup setting

    • What We're Looking For

    Required Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience in SaaS environments
  • Preferably in FinTech, or HRTech based solutions

    • Technical Expertise :

    Front-end :

  • React.js / Next.js
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Tailwind or Material UI

    • Back-end :

  • Node.js (Express / NestJS) OR Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

    • Database :

  • PostgreSQL, MongoDB

    • Cloud & DevOps :

  • AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • CI / CD pipelines

    • Version Control :

  • Git, GitHub / GitLab

    • Security :

  • OAuth2, JWT, SSL / TLS, RBAC

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
