Responsibilities

We are seeking a Data Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of Predictive and Generative AI data products that enable sales growth, improve customer retention, and identify strategic opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of business and data, and is responsible for aligning predictive modeling capabilities with real-world business outcomes by defining requirements, managing priorities, and ensuring adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Roadmap Execution

• Define and manage the product roadmap for predictive insights across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Translate business needs into product features and data capabilities focused on churn prediction, cross-sell / upsell opportunities, and new logo identification.
