End-to-End Credit & Operations Oversight with thorough knowledge of credit policy and process.Supervise and manage the login of loan applications, ensuring all documents are in place as per policy guidelines including KYC.Ensuring gating rejections in line with credit policy and close monitoring on login quality.Ensuring timely initiation of internal reports and checks as mandated by credit policy.Oversee the CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo) preparation ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission to credit approvers, ensuring that key ratios are in lines with credit policy.Conduct final review of loan files before disbursement, ensuring all documents are in place and compliant with internal and regulatory guidelines.Review disbursement dockets and hand them over to the Operations team for final disbursement and payment processing.Identify and rectify process gaps to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Manage and resolve queries from the Hind-Sighting Team and Internal Audit, implementing corrective actions as required.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.Work on Loan Origination System (LOS) and Finnone for loan processing.Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce) and MS-Excel is an added advantage for tracking and reporting.Support digital initiatives to streamline credit-operations processes and improve efficiency.Manage a team of Credit Processing Associates (CPAs) across branches in the assigned region.Ensure regular training and upskilling of CPAs to enhance process knowledge and efficiency.Skills Required
