Candidate Summary
A high-performing sales professional with 7–12 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly within the HR Tech (HRMS) , SaaS , or CHRO-focused services sectors.
The candidate must have spent at least 5 years working in Mumbai , with a solid understanding of the local market and enterprise sales dynamics.
An MBA graduate with excellent communication skills —both verbal and written—and a proven ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively to CXO-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM is mandatory , including consistent and effective use for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle : from lead generation, prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, pricing negotiation, to closure.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts (with CHROs and HR leaders as key buyers).
- Drive consultative selling to position ZingHR as a strategic HRMS partner.
- Develop a deep understanding of the ZingHR product suite and align its value propositions with customer needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in the CRM and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless experience from acquisition to onboarding.
- Constantly scan the market for emerging HR tech trends, competitor intelligence, and customer insights.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA with 7–12 years of relevant sales experience in HRMS, B2B SaaS, or CHRO-targeted enterprise solutions.Mumbai-based experience (5+ years minimum) with, preferably, a demonstrated network of HR / CHRO decision-makers.Strong track record of achieving / exceeding quotas in enterprise sales roles.Impeccable communication skills : persuasive presenter, confident speaker, clear and concise writer.Comfortable using CRMs daily, including managing leads, setting tasks, and tracking KPIs.Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
