Shareplex Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain SharePlex replication across Oracle and other supported databases.
• Monitor replication performance and proactively resolve latency or sync issues.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning for SharePlex environments.
• Collaborate with DBAs, application teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data replication.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies using SharePlex.
• Document replication architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
