We're seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter who combines proven recruitment expertise with cutting-edge AI tools to revolutionize how we source and place technology talent. What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Source, screen, and recruit top IT professionals across various technology domains for our client projects
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels including , job boards, referrals, and AI-powered sourcing tools
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement

AI-Driven Recruitment

  • Leverage AI recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate quality
  • Utilize automation tools for resume screening, candidate matching, and engagement
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies in recruitment and implement best practices

    • Client & Candidate Management

  • Partner with clients in the technology sector to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the placement process
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction for placed contractors

    • Performance & Strategy

  • Meet and exceed monthly placement and submission targets
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy optimization through data-driven insights

    • What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment or technical staffing
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered recruitment tools (ChatGPT, Recruiter AI, HireEZ, Fetcher, or similar platforms)
  • Deep understanding of US IT roles, technologies, and market trends
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment with measurable results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools

    • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of various IT domains : Software Development, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.
  • Experience in contractor / staffing environments
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
