What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Source, screen, and recruit top IT professionals across various technology domains for our client projects
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels including , job boards, referrals, and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement
AI-Driven Recruitment
Leverage AI recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate qualityUtilize automation tools for resume screening, candidate matching, and engagementStay current with emerging AI technologies in recruitment and implement best practicesClient & Candidate Management
Partner with clients in the technology sector to understand their staffing needs and organizational cultureDevelop strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the placement processEnsure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction for placed contractorsPerformance & Strategy
Meet and exceed monthly placement and submission targetsMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Contribute to recruitment strategy optimization through data-driven insightsWhat We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment or technical staffingStrong hands-on experience with AI-powered recruitment tools (ChatGPT, Recruiter AI, HireEZ, Fetcher, or similar platforms)Deep understanding of US IT roles, technologies, and market trendsDemonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment with measurable resultsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM toolsPreferred Skills
