Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Design Engineer located in Bangalore Urban. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and testing structures to ensure that they are safe for use. You will work closely with architects, construction teams, and other stakeholders to develop and refine designs, enhance existing designs and ensure that they meet project requirements. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects on-time and on-budget, and will provide technical expertise, guidance and advice to project teams and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Fundamentals or Proficiency in structural design software (such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.)
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• A strong understanding of engineering materials, structural systems and load paths.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Advanced degree in civil engineering or related field is a plus.
