Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in HubSpot, R scripting, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) , along with experience in Data Factory or similar data integration tools . The role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, performing detailed analysis, and generating actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources including HubSpot, databases, and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Azure Data Factory or equivalent tools.
• Write efficient R scripts and Python programs for data processing, analytics, and visualization.
• Work with AWS / Azure services for data storage, processing, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support the continuous improvement of analytics workflows and data governance practices.
