The journey for you at Minimal Tweaks will look like this :
- Learn to understand and break down creative briefs to bring ideas to life.
- Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn snippets) using Adobe Premiere Pro; basic After Effects knowledge is a plus.
- Support the team in short-form and long-form video edits under guidance.
- Enhance edits with basic motion graphics, transitions, and sound desig n, with scope to experiment and grow.
- Research trends, formats, and competitor videos to keep our content relevant.
- Explore new editing styles, AI tools, and visual effects to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assist in optimising pacing, formats, and thumbnails to drive engagement.
- Learn to deliver within deadlines while maintaining creative quality .
