Junior Graphic Designer

graphic design intern – full-time | bangalore

mindframes is a design-first content studio working with over 200 d2c brands across india, the us, and beyond. we shoot high-conversion content—photos, videos, and campaign visuals—that help brands stand out and scale fast. our studio in bangalore is fully equipped, and our crew includes some of the most driven creatives in the game.

we’re looking for a design intern with a strong aesthetic sense, a hunger to learn, and the ability to execute visual ideas in a fast-paced content studio. if you’ve got a good base in layout and typography, and want to grow by working with leading brands, this role is for you.

what you’ll do

graphic design

design social media creatives, website banners, and ad visuals

create clean, on-brand layouts for ecom and campaigns

support the senior team with moodboarding and visual research

video support

edit basic reels and short-form content using adobe tools or canva

assist in adding text overlays and motion elements to video assets

co ordinate with the production team to align static and moving visuals

tools & workflow

manage file organisation, asset libraries, and deliverables

adapt key visuals into various formats using photoshop, illustrator, or canva

ensure all designs are web-ready and exported correctly

creative teamwork

support other creatives on campaign planning and ideation

take feedback and iterate designs quickly

what you bring

currently pursuing graduate degree in graphic design or related fields

a working portfolio showcasing layout and typography skills

proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator) and canva

basic video editing knowledge (premiere pro, capcut, or similar)

openness to assist, learn, and grow in a production studio setup
