Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Patient Care Specialist to manage hospital reconciliations and partnerships. The ideal candidate will ensure timely settlements, maintain strong hospital relations, and drive data-based decision-making by analyzing large datasets, automating reports, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Account Reconciliation : Oversee and ensure accurate, timely hospital account settlements.
Partnership Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders for smooth coordination.
Internal Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to resolve account-related queries and enhance communication.
Data Management & Analysis : Maintain organized records, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Process Improvement : Drive optimization initiatives and strengthen hospital relationship management efforts.
Skills we seek :
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare operations or reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
