Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The IT Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong business relationships. Core tasks include understanding client technology needs, presenting tailored eCommerce solutions, and contributing to revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery will also be a key focus of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IT Sales and a solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and solutions
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management with a results-driven approach
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable
• Previous experience in eCommerce or SaaS industries is a plus
