The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Director by managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication. They will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing tasks aligned with the company’s objectives, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal / external stakeholders. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. Assist in planning and executing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with the Director’s directives. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director. Support the Director in travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or IT industry. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English. Technical proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office and marketing automation software. Ability to commute to Noida and travel to the Dubai branch as required. Valid passport and willingness to travel. (with 50% occasional travel to Dubai)
